Public transport to run according to summer schedules, bus route No. 29 to be extended to Vecāķi
The schedules of the following routes will change: workday schedules of trolleybus routes No. 9, 12, 13, 15, 17 and 27, holiday schedules of trolleybus routes No. 11, 14, 18 and 23, workday and holiday schedules of trolleybus routes No. 19, 22 and 25, workday and holiday schedules of tram routes No. 2 and 4, holiday schedule of tram route No. 10, workday schedules of bus routes No. 7, 37, 41 and 53, holiday schedule for bus route No. 54 and workday and holiday schedules of bus route No. 13.
In the period from June 15 till September 1 bus route No. 29 will be extended to Vecāķi, and bus No. 29 will run on route „Mežciems-Vecmīlgrāvis-Vecāķi”. These changes will be made to improve transportation of passengers to Riga beaches. Given changes on bus route No. 29, workday and holiday schedules of bus route No. 19 will be also changed, accordingly.
To improve the regularity of public transport traffic, there will be also minor changes in workday schedules of trolleybus routes No. 1. and 11, as well as in workday and holiday schedules of bus routes No. 1 and 14 as of June 15.
